We now enter Act Three of the three act play that is the Kings-Ducks playoff series: The Return of the King(s).
Games 3, 4, and 5 put us in a very dark place. But Game 6 would give us hope, as indicated below. Best of all, today’s thread brings the introduction of another member of our team: Ryan!
Today’s link: Jon Rosen has the job many of us dream of as LA Kings Insider. He writes pre-game, post-game, and off-season updates on a daily basis, including the series “Waking Up With The Kings,” which is not as creepy as it sounds.

Ryan:
I’m gonna try [to watch], but I’m working through the beginning of the game, so I probably won’t be able to hook up to watch.
Hopefully that is a good omen for us, as it will force us to hook up for Game 7.
Keith:
Ha ha, exactly
[Game time]

Keith:
Watching?
Sean:
Here with your dad!
You watching?
Keith:
Yeah. It’s a struggle to get it on bars here. But I had to work later.
Sean:
Tell them your dad said to put it on.
Keith:
Blech. Wretched power play.
Sean:
Yeah, but 5v5 has been pretty good.
Keith:
Agreed. Just no stopid penalties.

Keith:
GIB SON!
Sean:
What a soft goal. Let’s lock this s___ down now.

Keith:
Quick had to be there. But I’m liking our even strength pressure. Just no more penalties! (Or abysmal PP for that matter)
